Every new YMCA employee is assigned a YMCA Active Directory account and email that is used to access a number of YMCA resources including:
- YMCA Network PCs and/or laptops
- YMCA Email
- Y University/Cornerstone
- Helpdesk
- Citrix – remote access
- SharePoint,
- ClubConnect
- Citrix
There are separate, standalone accounts for the following resources:
- UltiPro
- Kronos
- YBI
New YMCA Employees
If you are a new or returning YMCA staff member, your email and temporary password should be provided to you by your local branch hiring manager. Please reach out to them or your direct supervisor if you have not received this information.
