YMCA of San Diego County Employees need to use Origami to report when they, or a co-worker, experience a work-related accident or injury.
To login to Origami and report an accident or injury, please follow the directions below:
1.) You will login to Origami with this link. It is a good idea to bookmark this link for quick access to Origami. The screen below will appear.
2.) Your account name is ymcasandiego
3.) Your username is your YMCASD email address.
Example: [email protected].
4.) Your temporary login password is origami3708.
(temporary password is for first-time log in).
You will see the screen below if this is the first time you have logged into Origami.
Enter your temporary password in the “current password” field and then create and confirm a new password in the second and third boxes.
5.) Next, click on the “change password” box. (you will want to remember your password as you will use it each time you login to Origami, if you forget your password, you can click Forgot Your Password link on the login screen).
